Read the Partnership Agreement with your church leaders. Fill in the form below or print it out and mail it to the GEMS International Service Centre.

Once we receive the form, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email confirms your membership and officially permits your church or organization to begin a GEMS Girls’ Club.
